Privacy Policy

Version 2.0 · Effective 5 October 2026

In short

We collect only what we need to help parents find activity centres and pay them, and to help centres run their business on Kids Kommune ActPro. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising. Card and UPI details stay with our payment partner. You can see, correct and delete your data, and our Grievance Officer is one email away.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Sazkom Ventures LLP (LLPIN ACE-7766), Flat No. 1007, Samarth Angan 1, Building 21, Opp. Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053, India (“Kids Kommune”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data. It covers:

  • the Kids Kommune app used by parents and guardians (“Parents”);
  • Kids Kommune ActPro (“ActPro”), our partner panel used by activity centres (“Partners” or “Centres”); and
  • the website www.kidskommune.com, including its contact, partner sign-up, newsletter and account-deletion forms (“Visitors”).

For personal data we decide how and why to process, we are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). This policy is also published under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”). When a Centre receives your data to provide its activity, the Centre is responsible for how it uses that data.

3. Children’s data

  • The app is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children, and children should not create accounts.
  • The only child-related data we process is your child’s name (and any note you add) when you pay a Centre. You provide it as the child’s parent or lawful guardian, and by doing so you give your consent, under section 9 of the DPDP Act, for us to process it for that payment.
  • We use it only to identify the participant to the Centre, show it on your bookings and invoices, and keep the records the law requires. We do not track or monitor the behaviour of children, profile them, or direct any advertising at them.
  • When you delete your account, your child’s name is removed from the payment records we must keep.

  • Erase: delete your account and data, using Delete Account in the app, account deletion in ActPro, or kidskommune.com/delete-account.

  • Nominate: nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapable.
  • Grievance redressal: complain to our Grievance Officer, and if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.

Device permissions: location, camera, photos and notifications are optional. You can turn them off at any time in your phone’s settings or under App Permissions in the app.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

The website and ActPro use only the browser storage they need to work: keeping you signed in, remembering form progress and display preferences, and security checks (Google reCAPTCHA).
